EIPEN 2025 Conference

The 9th EIPEN Conference iakes place in Hasselt (Belgium) from 3 to 5 September 2025, with oral presentations, interactive roundtable discussions and workshops, and poster presentations of research and innovative projects. Presentations of latest developments in interprofessional education and collaborative practice are combined with opportunities for professional and social networking. All participants are invited to join the welcome cocktail dinner on Wednesday and the social activity and the dinner on Thursday evening. The conference starts on Wednesday afternoon with interactive sessions and showcase presentations on innovative practices. Registration includes catering, lunches, and dinners. The programme book contains all info on the venue, travel and lodging. 

Almost 60 persons participate, from The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Ireland, the UK, Slovenia, and Italy.  Last-minute registrations are still possible up to 2 September: 540€ for EIPEN members, 640€ for others. The pre-conference capacity-building seminar on 3 September is open for registration (EIPEN members 120€, others 180€, including catering and lunch). The number of participants for this seminar is limited. Priority is handled according to the date of registration. Consult the programme book for information.
